Example Retreat Itinerary
Friday
• By 2:00 PM: Arrival at The Lyncroft.
• 3:00 PM: Welcome introductions and meet-and-greet session with a grazing platter provided.
• 3:45 PM: Warm-up followed by a light jog to the beach for an early evening plyometric workout.
• 5:30 PM: Return to The Lyncroft.
• 7:00 PM: Dinner at the accommodation.
• Evening: Free time to unwind.
Saturday
• 7:00 AM: Morning snack in the dinning room (protein smoothie & fresh fruit).
• 7:20 AM: Guided 5-mile paced walk through Newquay’s scenic routes, designed to boost circulation and elevate heart rates.
• 9:30 AM: Return to The Lyncroft for a nutritious breakfast.
• 12:00 PM: Beach bootcamp session with challenging and engaging exercises.
• 1:30 PM: Light lunch served back at The Lyncroft.
• 4:00 PM: Boxing-style workout session in the gym, incorporating strength and endurance training.
• 5:30 PM: End of the day’s session.
• 6:00 PM: Return to The Lyncroft.
• 7:00 PM: Dinner, followed by free time.
Sunday
• 7:00 AM: Morning snack in the dinning room (protein smoothie & fresh fruit).
• 7:20 AM: Another invigorating 5-mile paced walk to kick-start the day.
• 9:00 AM: Breakfast at The Lyncroft.
• 11:30 AM: Combined beach bootcamp and boxing circuits for a dynamic and energizing final workout.
• 1:30 PM: Lunch served back at the accommodation.
• 2:00 PM: Client feedback and personalized advice session with your trainer.
• 2:30 PM: Departure.
